I just have to say thanks for another wicked weekend we used the
Brighton site last year and went to the Adonis show, we thought
the Bournmouth show could not posably be as fab as last years
show but the new drag queen Drew Christie, was amazing
and the boys are just as funny and lovely, can we be your
stalkers?

I did not realise all our packages are tailor made just for
us. We had a wicked time even though it peed with rain on the
sat night the entertaiment was hot enough to keep us dry on the
way home. Loved our pickys on the Adonis web site see you
again soon.

Hello!
Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for a fantastic
hens night on Saturday! All the girls loved the show, especially
the hens ! The guys were gorgeous, and lots of laughs were
had! I have to say, there has been lots of debate as to whether
'they' were real or not! Even the security staff were lovely.
It was just all brilliant fun!
We even had a bunch
of school boys to keep us company in our school uniforms later
in the night ! So thanks again. I will definitely recommend
it to all my friends!

Hi Ed,
Just wanted to send you an e-mail to say how much we all enjoyed
the
show on August 9th. Everyone had a fantastic night, and we will
remember it
for a long time to come. Both the male performers (Is that politically
correct name!) were the best we have seen and the shower scene
went down
well with all of us. They were friendly and even said hello
after the show
had finished. We will definitely be coming again. Thanks again

Thank you for our fabulous day out Paintballing.Some of the
Hens party were a bit worried, never having paintballed before.
The staff we wonderful and provided us with the necessary protective
clothes and off we went. We all turned into Lara croft and ended
up winning most of the games. Shame on you boys! A BIG thank
you for a brilliant day out and we shall be booking again.

Eclipse who were good enough to sort out the hen groups problem
and reimbursed the deposit the "other agent" refused to return.
(nice one Eclipse - Ed) They went on to have a wicked night out
- luckily. (Be careful out there people - Ed)

After finalising my wedding day for February 2003, I decided to
organise a weekend away for my Hens Party. Initially, we did not
know where we wanted to go or do, so we contacted a couple of companies
for their brochures, one of which was -------- -------(Name omitted
for legal reasons - Ed). After several consultations
with my bridesmaids, we decided on organising a weekend in Brighton
from Friday 7th February until Sunday 9th February 2003 for approx
20-25 people. We specifically went for Brighton because we
had heard such good reports about the Adonis Club.
We looked at all the packages available from a couple of companies
that organise the weekend to include hotel, food, club entry and
of course the Saturday night entertainment. We decided to
book the Hens Party through -------- (Name
omitted for legal reasons - Ed) they were offering a
package deal for £149.00 which included the following:
2 Nights in a 3* Hotel with breakfast
- Hotel name would not be given until I had paid the £50.00
deposit (non-refundable) to confirm the weekend. Day
at a Health club (this included pool, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi
& a light lunch - Treatments were extra) VIP entry
into a nightclub 3 course meal/buffet on Saturday night
before the show. Entry into a Strip Show with a
free cocktail Bride goes free!
We were led to believe that -------- -------- (again
name omitted for legal reasons sorry- Ed) were
advertising the Adonis Cabaret within their brochure i.e.. biggest
show in Brighton etc, We had already looked at the Adonis website,
and automatically assumed this was the same as advertised by -----------
(Name omitted - Ed), as it included
similar things .It all seemed too good to be true until we received
a Letter of Confirmation from ----------- (Name
omitted - Ed) to confirm the booking. It informed me
of the deposit I had paid for the weekend and that an additional
£10.00 per person was required for insurance purposes. This
was not stated at the time of booking and I believed that the £149.00
was inclusive and there were no hidden extras. For my guests, this
meant they had to pay an additional £10.00 putting the price of
the weekend up to £159.00 reluctantly they agreed to still go ahead
with it.
It was only whilst helping my fiancé organise his Stag Party weekend
in Nottingham, that I made contact with Eclipse and asked a few
questions. It was then that they informed me they had exclusive
rights over the entrance to Adonis Cabaret Show (That's
true - Ed) and that we must be mistaken in thinking that
(Name omitted - Ed) have organised
entry for my group into the Adonis Show. When I had spoken to --------------
(Omitted - Ed) prior to booking, I did not ask out right whether
it was the Adonis Cabaret, however they did insinuate that it was
by telling me 'its the biggest show in Brighton, lots of hens parties
really enjoy it' etc...............I do also remember mentioning
Adonis in passing in an early conversation with ----------
(Omitted - Ed) something along
the lines of 'Brighton sounds great, the girls really want to go
there because of the Adonis show!!', I was never corrected.
At this point, I made a few more enquiries to see what deal Eclipse
Leisure could offer us, as many of my Hens Party group wanted to
go to the Adonis Cabaret Show and this is what my Hens Party group
were mainly paying to see.
Eclipse were able to offer a much better deal for the same price.
Thisincluded a treatment at the health club, a 3 course meal on
the Friday, named VIP club entry, named Hotel accommodation before
booking and entry into the Adonis Cabaret Show. So after some thought,
I cancelled my booking with (Omitted
- Ed) losing my non-refundable deposit of £50.00 (although
Eclipse did reimburse this cost!). It was mainly due to being
misled on several occasions. I believed that the price was
£149 inclusive not an extra £10 for insurance and that the Adonis
Cabaret was part of the weekend and not their own organised show
"(name omitted - Ed)".
I hope you can understand my disappointment in having to re-arrange
my Hens weekend and the hassle this has caused me. However, the hassle
has been eased by the efficient and understanding staff at
Eclipse.
